Origin and availability

Sweet pointed peppers are real summer vegetables that need a lot of sun. That is why the majority of sweet pepper cultivation in the Netherlands takes place in greenhouses. But even when sweet pointed peppers are grown in a greenhouse, they need a lot of sun. That is why we grow our sweet pointed peppers in Spain and Marocco during the winter.

Netherlands

In the Netherlands, we grow our sweet pointed peppers in greenhouses on sustainable mats or in the field. Using climate control and nutrient regulators, we create the most ideal conditions for growing our sweet pointed peppers.

Spain

To be able to deliver our sweet pointed peppers also in the colder months, we cooperate with a number of regular pepper growers in Spain. This way we can continue to supply sweet pointed peppers from November through May.

Marocco

To be able to deliver our sweet pointed peppers also in the colder months, we cooperate with a number of regular pepper growers in Morocco. This way we can still supply sweet pointed peppers from November through May.
